According to the Distance Sales Regulation, Article 15/1-b, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made-to-order or prepared according to personalized measurements.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of proven production faults or defective fabric usage attributable to our atelier. All pieces are tailored precisely to the measurements provided by the client.
For standard-size products that are not customized, size exchanges are possible, subject to stock availability and within the legal return period.
