This Agreement is a service purchase agreement signed digitally under the conditions specified between MERIMAI operating at www.merimaistudio.com and the service requester whose name is written below (referred to as the User).

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT
The subject of this contract is the sale, delivery and delivery of the parties regarding the order given electronically by the BUYER through the www.merimaistudio.com domain name belonging to the SELLER and the details of which are specified below, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Consumers dated 7/11/2013 and numbered 6502 and the Distance Contracts are the determination of rights and obligations within the scope of the Regulation provisions.
The subject of the contract is the determination of rights and obligations within the scope of the sales, delivery and distance contracts regarding the orders specified below in electronic format and in detail on the website www.merimaistudio.com belonging to the seller over the internet under the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and the Consumer Protection Law.

3.1. The type, quantity, basic features, brand, model and color of the products are as stated above and this information has been selected and approved by the BUYER.
3.2. The shipping fee for the relevant products is covered by the SELLER.
3.3. The payment method, delivery address and price of the products received by the Buyer are as follows and this information has been confirmed by the BUYER.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
4.1. The BUYER declares that he/she has read the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price and payment method and delivery of the contracted product purchased from www.merimaistudio.com website. He/she declares that he/she has been informed electronically and has given the necessary confirmation.
4.2. The User has read and confirmedly accepted the "Terms and Conditions" at www.merimaistudio.com.
4.3. The User has read and confirmedly accepted the "Privacy Principles" at www.merimaistudio.com.
4.4. The user has read and confirmed the "Delivery and Return" Policy on www.merimaistudio.com.
4.5. The user has read the service descriptions specified in this contract and has requested and accepted the relevant service and conditions.
4.6. Invoices of commercial companies are sent to the specified address in accordance with the information entered into this contract.
4.7. As explained in the preliminary information form on the website, the products subject to the contract are delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within 2 to 7 days depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence. If the product is not in stock, the products made to order are delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated within 4 to 14 days. However, the SELLER is not responsible for late delivery due to problems that the cargo company may encounter during the delivery of the products to the buyer.
4.8. If the product subject to the contract is to be delivered to a person/organization other than the BUYER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered does not accept the delivery.
4.9. The SELLER is responsible for the delivery of the contractual product in a sound, complete manner and in accordance with the specifications specified in the order.
4.10. Depending on the service type selected by the user, the requested service will be provided or provided by MERIMAI via digital transmission on the site.
4.11. In order to deliver the contractual product, a copy of the contract must be delivered to the SELLER and the price must be paid using the payment method preferred by the BUYER. In the event that the product price is not paid for any reason or is canceled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed to have been relieved of its obligation to deliver the product.
4.12. The contract shall enter into force upon the digital indication that this contract text and explanations have been read and accepted. It shall expire at the end of the specified period without the need for any further notice. Payment Type: Credit Card MERIMAI / User SIGNED MUTUALLY AND DIGITALLY OVER THE INTERNET WITH THE OFFER-ACCEPTANCE METHOD.
ARTICLE 5 - CHANGE IN THE CONTRACT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 All products sold on our online site are manufactured to order and returns are not accepted in both domestic and international shopping. This situation is clearly stated on the product detail pages.
5.2. Change requests regarding MERIMAI branded products belonging to the SELLER will be processed within 7 business days from the date of delivery with a written notification to MERIMAI and a one-time size or model change will be made or a discount code that you can use indefinitely will be assigned to you. Change requests can be made by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by notifying the workplace address specified in the contract in writing. The 7-day period will end at the end of the 7th day following the receipt of the order by the BUYER.
5.3 In order for your product to be eligible for change, it must be as purchased, unused, labeled and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

5.5. BUYER's rights arising from the law regarding defective products are reserved. BUYER is obliged to inspect the product upon delivery and immediately notify SELLER of any defects detected.
ARTICLE 6 - AUTHORIZED COURT
In the implementation of this contract, the Consumer Problems Arbitration Board or Consumer Court in Istanbul or the BUYER's place of residence is authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Turkey every December.
