Refund policy

— MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

All MERIMAI garments, including pieces presented within the Ready to Wear collection, are produced individually after an order is placed. MERIMAI does not operate through conventional mass-produced inventory.

Production is generally completed within 4–6 weeks, depending on the craftsmanship requirements of the piece and current atelier capacity.

— STANDARD-SIZE READY-TO-WEAR RETURNS

Ready to Wear pieces ordered in one of MERIMAI’s standard FR 34–46 sizes, without any personalization or requested alteration, may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer law.

To qualify for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• All original tags and security seals must remain attached
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The item must be free from fragrance, makeup, damage, or signs of wear

All returns require prior authorization from MERIMAI.

— COUTURE, PERSONALIZED & PRIVATE SELECTION PIECES

The following pieces are considered final sale where permitted by applicable law:

• Pieces made according to the client’s individual body measurements
• Pieces produced with requested changes to size, colour, length, fabric, or design details
• Personalized or customized designs
• Couture commissions
• One-of-a-kind Private Selection pieces

These pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Once production has begun, they cannot be cancelled.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the client’s country of residence.
