Each MERIMAI piece is prepared with care in our Istanbul atelier.

Preparation timelines are stated on the relevant product page. Most made-to-order, couture, customized, and Private Selection pieces are prepared for dispatch within 4–6 weeks.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

✦ WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Worldwide delivery is arranged via insured DHL Express.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Estimated transit time after dispatch is generally 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and local customs procedures. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

✦ DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.

MERIMAI has no control over customs charges or local clearance procedures.

✦ CUSTOMS & DELIVERY DELAYS

Customs inspections, local clearance procedures, adverse weather, public holidays, or carrier-related circumstances may occasionally affect delivery times.

MERIMAI is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party courier services. However, our team will provide reasonable assistance where possible.

✦ DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you need to request an address change, please contact us before dispatch. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been handed to the courier.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the recipient.

✦ DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the item
• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging

Please retain all packaging while the matter is being reviewed.

If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so that an investigation can be initiated with the courier.
