At MERIMAI, each piece is created with exceptional attention to detail and in limited quantities. Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, our return policy is carefully structured.

✦ COUTURE & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

All couture, made-to-order, customized, and Private Selection pieces are considered FINAL SALE.

These items:

• Cannot be returned  
• Cannot be exchanged  
• Cannot be cancelled once production has begun

Each piece is created specifically for the client and reflects the exclusive nature of the MERIMAI atelier.

✦ READY-TO-WEAR ITEMS

Selected ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

• Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery  
• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition  
• All tags and original packaging must be intact

MERIMAI reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

For international orders:

• Duties and taxes are non-refundable  
• Any customs-related charges associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method  
• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Couture pieces  
• Made-to-order designs  
• Customized garments  
• Private Selection pieces  
• Worn or damaged items  
• Items returned without approval

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If eligible, you may return an approved item and place a new order separately.

✦ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery  
• Provide photos and order details for review

Our team will review the request and provide an appropriate resolution where possible.
